When no one hears what you’re saying, “Yell louder!” This has been the popular approach to the inability of each one of you to listen, really listen to each other. It is time for you to learn a new way, a gentle way that will be more effective. Adding a louder voice to the shouting masses will not bring about change, its time for the still, small voice that speaks volumes, to be heard by all.
Recognize that if this was the solution, if this getting louder, bolder and more fired up was going to create positive change then it would have done exactly that any of the many other times that anger and violence have been used to address problems
We see a society that has made only incremental advances in its ability to accept those who may look or behave differently from another aspect of society.
When you desire change in your outside world, most of you go about it loudly and persistently. You tell each other of your outrage as you fan the collective flames of rage and fear. You focus on the problem, you share the problem and you make sure everyone around you is aware of the problem. We want you to turn around. Again we restate, if your way of loud, angry outbursts was going to work, it would have done so. Now is not the time to look outside at others. Now is not the time to focus on what is wrong. Now is the time to turn it around.
The result of your choice will be joy if you have chosen to love and accept all or emptiness if you choose to remain steeped in your low vibration of fear
Do you choose the light which is unconditional love and acceptance for all without exception or do you choose to remain where you are, stuck in the darkness of hatred and ignorance?
As a global population moving through the ascension process, you have agreed to become a better, more enlightened people. You have understood that limiting beliefs and negative thoughts cannot accompany you into the Promised Land of love, joy, and peace. This Promised Land of high vibration and alignment with the divine dictates that, “Hatred may not enter here!” Yet, hatred, racism, prejudice, and unspeakable acts against each other must be exposed before they can be cleared. You are currently in this time of exposure. It is a time of choosing. Do you choose the light which is unconditional love and acceptance for all without exception or do you choose to remain where you are, stuck in the darkness of hatred and ignorance? The choice is for each one of you to decide, there will be no punishment but there will be a consequence. The result of your choice will be joy, if you have chosen to love and accept all, or, emptiness if you choose to remain steeped in your low vibration of fear. A paradise awaits each one of you but you must choose to let go of the pain, confusion, and victimization that has allowed the dark to consume you. You must stop yelling and start listening.

Sit without an agenda, asking for nothing as you receive everything. Sit in the quiet and allow the peace to pour over you.
It is time to listen with all of your being. Begin with yourself. Begin by withdrawing from the noise, the confusion, and the chaos. Begin by closing your eyes and settling your attention on the sacred space of the heart. Give yourself as much time as you need. There’s no reason to rush, the world will wait for you to find your center. As you put all of your attention on your heart center begin to breathe. Take long, slow, deep regular breaths. Pull the breath down into your toes and up into your head. Feel the life force penetrating every cell of your body. Now as your mind begins to quiet and clear, remain in the stillness that has been created for you. Sit without an agenda, asking for nothing as you receive everything. Sit in the quiet and allow the peace to pour over you. You are now in the presence of the Divine. You have now entered the Promised Land. Stay in this place of plenty for as long as you are able. The longer you stay within its loving embrace the more value you’ll be able to give to yourself and to society. Once you are filled with peace, take a final deep breath of peace, allow your attention to return to the physical world, and open your eyes. You will notice that peace is within you and peace surrounds you.
Without saying a word, without raising your voice or focusing on what’s wrong you will succeed in bringing the Promised Land of peace to the people
By practicing a period of stillness every day you will bring the energy of peace and acceptance with you wherever you go. As you continue this practice of peace your energy of peacefulness will precede you into the room. Then it will begin penetrating your street, your city and soon the world will be filled with peace. Without saying a word, without raising your voice or focusing on what’s wrong you will succeed in bringing the Promised Land of peace to the people. Not everyone will accept it and that is to be understood because free will must include choice and not force. Yet, you will be making a difference without causing harm.

Change is always happening and growth is a part of the physical journey. It is time now to go within and connect with the Divine so that the change you’re making is peaceful, long-lasting, and beneficial for every being. For surely you are one heart, one people and one world when you are united by love.
