When you are chosen for a role of responsibility within your work environment, a very complex path begins, made up of obstacles and above all choices.
Having the team on your side will make a difference, so you need to create a group based on mutual trust, on positivity, always giving clear directions but using sweet and effective communication so that the other does not feel exploited or crushed by
