How Do You Stay Emotionally Resilient?

Today’s post is inspired by the recent sentiments I‘ve heard from clients. Have you felt like people are quick to react, temperamental, impatient, and aggressively driving? Do you think that the mass of people seems to be angry at the world?

I know life is challenging now; we all have our own challenges, but how do we avoid being sucked into these lower vibrational energies? How do we stay emotionally resilient?

When I say emotional resilience, I mean being able to bounce back after experiencing such lower vibrational or negative feelings and thoughts. The challenge lies in living aware of such moments and then taking time to process and move through the thoughts and emotions they create.

Life can sweep us into its hurriedness, The feeling of not having enough time in the day mentality.

What I’m asking you to do takes only a few minutes, but the benefits far outweigh the few minutes it takes to practice. It’s all about choice.

So, what are the choices?

Stay in the unconscious habitual patterns that create the same results, or learn something new that breaks the cycles and creates emotional resilience to live and create the life you want to experience.
