I read a disturbing study by Ernst & Young where 20 to 42% of executives knew of or altered the financial data of their firm. What happened to morals, ethics and doing the right thing?

What happened to business ethics is what happened to societal ethics.
We think killing babies is a human right, instead of the atrocity it is.
We think that disarming the law abiding is a good thing so that thugs, rapists, criminals and other lowlifes can be safer.
We think there is no such thing as sexual ethics, and thus there are really no such thing as ethics at all.
We vote for politicians who lie and tell the world that lying is OK.
We vote for politicians who do all kinds of unethical things and broadcasting unethical behavior is OK.
I could go on and on, but the message is loud and clear.
Society as a whole needs to go back to actually having ethics.
What happened to business ethics ? I think we should seriously ask ourselves what happened to us, to people, and why was that. Thank you.
You’ve certainly answered this question with a more appropriate question Massimo!
Thank you Dennis!
