People want to feel valued in both the business world and in their personal lives. Those that don’t feel valued in business become disengaged and in most cases leave. This is a great loss for a company, to lose good people because of something so simple to implement. The other factor that will affect a companies bottom line is those employees that feel undervalued, become disengaged and stay, which can be very destructive to an organization.
