Learning to filter the noise around me is something I struggle with daily. Identifying the important and necessary from the clutter and trash is a task worth working on and striving to excel at painlessly. Yoga has helped tremendously but I’m still working on the meditation part of this. Breathing and clearing your mind sounded so easy when I began, but in reality is difficult for me. I expect immediate results and failed myself.
No time for quitting though. Keeping my focus on my filter and working to eliminate chaos.
