As a management consultant, I am often asked in an exasperating tone, “What do we do about these young people? They are so out of it. They don’t get it. They just don’t work the way we do.” And they’re talking about the Millennials. They’re talking about the folks who were born, well, early 80s to today. They’re in their early twenties, mid twenties and they’re now in our labor marketplace challenging us as no other generation ever has because, well, it’s like a whole generation we could characterize as having ADD.
