ECOUNTER 360° | ROOFTOP 220 INDOOR SPACE

Rooftop 220 provides a window into the Heights neighborhood as an indoor / outdoor venue adjacent to Armature Works. The open air deck offers unparalleled views of the Hillsborough River, Downtown Tampa as well as Armature Works and the Heights development. Our Sessions will be held within the 1600 Sq. Ft. Indoor Space, with an additional 1800 Sq. Ft. Outdoor Space available for breaks, photos, and all else. Intentionally avoiding the tradional layout, we will not have a stage or a podium and the table layout will not be theatre or classroom style.

Session sequencing above is intentional based on topic
Please structure your Session approach as an interractive CONVERSATION, with audience participation vs a classic presentation
Provide your audience with a closing "call to action" for when they leave our special Encounter (how can they "walk your talk" when back home?)
Everyone will be provided an Encounter 360° ("takeaway") Journal to record their thoughts throughtout our time together
You will have a choice of Microphone (Handheld, Lapel, or Lavalier headset)
No stage or podium (no audience barriers) but you will have a hi-top circular table for you Ipad, Laptop, Speaker notes, etc.)
Pod table arrangement will allow for max audience interaction
ALL cell phones will be silenced during ConverSessions
Prepare to introduce yourself at the start of your Session (no one knows you better!)
All Sessions will be 45 MINUTES (our background theme music will begin to alert you 5 minutes prior to the end of your allocated time)
For a seamless transition, please introduce the SessionMaster (name only) to follow you at the end of your Session
Your Spouse/Partner is welcome to join us for the opening Mixer, at Lunch, and for your particular Session
Bring your published books (or reach out for our address to send by Media Mail) if you'd like to include them in our audience giveaway
Post-event, we will provide each of your with two still-shots and a brief video clip from your Session
