WHAT ABOUT TRAVEL?

Visit our exclusive BOOKNOW PAGE to arrange all of your travel in one place.

ARE MEALS PROVIDED?

Lunch will be provided by us –but not your typical “conference” lunch. Everyone attending will be provided a voucher to enjoy lunch “their way” across the street at Heights Public Market. Heights Public Market is a food-lover’s dream and a truly innovative concept in Tampa. The 22,000 sq-ft industrial market features an open floor plan with communal seating surrounded by restaurants showcasing the top chefs and restaurateurs in the Bay Area. The Heights Public Market at Armature Works purveys carefully curated culinary eateries ranging from asian to BBQ to everything in-between.

Refreshments will also be provided during our Conversessions throughout the day (coffee, water, iced tea, snacks).

WHAT ABOUT PARKING AT OUR ROOFTOP 220 EVENT VENUE?

For those driving to our Rooftop 220 Venue (220 W. 7TH AVE, TAMPA, FL 33602), parking is available on a first come first serve basis in the 220 lot (across from the 220 building), or in any of the Armature Works West guest parking lots. Please disregard any Park Mobile signs and tell any attendants you encounter that you are here for a Rooftop 220 event, and you will not need to pay to park.

WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT BEGIN AND END EACH DAY?

Our Rooftop 220 venue doors open at 8:00 AM on both days, coming to a close at circa 4:30 PM

WHAT'S THE WEATHER LIKE IN TAMPA BAY IN LATE SEPTEMBER?

In late February, Tampa Bay typically enjoys pleasant, transitioning weather. You can expect daily high temperatures to generally be in the mid-70s Fahrenheit, with lows in the mid-50s. This makes for comfortable days, though you might want a light jacket for the evenings. While humidity is present, it’s generally not as intense as the summer months. There’s also a chance of occasional rain, but overall, late February is a great time to enjoy outdoor activities in the Tampa Bay area.

WHAT IF I REGISTERED BUT CAN'T ATTEND?

As this is a “not-for-profit Event”, your registration is non-refundable but can be transferred to whomever you wish.  If you don’t know of anyone interested,  please reach out to us via [email protected], and (if we have a waiting list) we’ll do our best to facilitate sale to the next-in-line. Once sold/transferred your ticket will be fully-refunded excluding any Eventbrite fees paid.  If there’s no one left on the waiting list, your ticket proceeds will be included in our “excess funds” bucket, the balance of which will be donated to one or more nonprofits serving the homeless community. Alternatively (assuming Seats remain available and no waiting list exists), you may simply wish to “gift” it to us to create a scholarship in your name for someone who otherwise would not be able to attend.

In the event of governmental regulation or advisory, recognized health threats as determined by the World Health Organization, CDC, or local government authority or health agencies, this event will either be postponed or canceled entirely at our discretion. Outright cancellation will result in a full refund to all registered participants.
