It’s when we look back we need to know why. The courage you speak of is truly within the authenticity of just being who you are. Ask the questions, keep on wondering. It’s not because we are told that something is good. It’s all because we tell ourselves that we are good. You count sidewalk squares.. I remember trying to keep my little legs in rhythm to keep one foot in a square at a time as well.. instead of thinking about the distance, I produced a sequence of successes. If I messed up.. I started over. In the winter I shovel the snow. Instead of feeling defeated by the massive snow clearing.. I give myself a number.. how many lines back and forth will it take to complete. It’s never the same. Every snowfall has a different outcome,
