We should forever be Ebuliant and Joyful. It ought to be our natural vibration. But, if right now …. you feel down, depressed from a relationship gone bad, a biz deal not gone through… a health issue not resolved? Dear friends —take a deep breath and ask yourself:
What would my perfect day be instead of the misery I am feeling right now?
Think hard. Pause. Think again. Smile. Remind yourself: I AM a remarkable person and it feels so good to be just ME. I love the life I am having …my life is mine and I CLAIM it back!!! I promise you …you WILL feel the magical shift immediately from a negative LOW to an amazing state of Love, Peace, Gratitude, and Ebuliant JOY. I am happy just thinking about you all feeling JOYOUS. As a Transformation Facilitator … It is what I do. Enjoy more here ⤵︎
Thanks, Minku, and thanks for leading the session today.
So the question I tend to ask is, “If our childlike persona (not childish!) is still there, and it’s our default setting, what do we need to remove that stands in its way?”
I’ve been working with kids for about half of my life, tall kids (adults) the second half. They have more in common than different. When I’m leading a learning session with a roomful of supervisors, all I need to create for them is a safe context for discovery and difference (answers, not THE answer), and we’re off and running. That ebullience resides, it just too often isn’t listened to.
BTW, I published Learning Chaos: How Disorder Can Save Education to share research and experience that supports this idea for our schools, and I recently launched back2different – https://www.buzzsprout.com/1171136 – to share conversations about pushing forward through the COVID era rather than pushing back.
Keep on keepin’ on,
Mac
@vicki Flaherty…thank you so much for tapping into the Joy stream to fill your cup. I think you will understand this concept so much more being in the same field. I look forward to connecting soon. much love.
Brilliant questions! What we miss about our 8 year old self. And what’s the perfect day. Helped me to see perfect day IS today, just minus a few frustrating aspects.
blessings,
Cynthia
@Cynthia…isnt it just wonderful to nudge ourselves once in a while to see how we show up in life, at different circumstances and situations? What we were before lockdown, and what challenges, hearbreaks, reflections about ourselves we have emerged out of , we need to be so strongly rooted in that energy to sustain us. Joy is one that will never let you down:)
Minku, it is great to have you here, spreading your unique and special energizing JOY! How great you’ve started a weekly funky chunky audiocast to support us all in being more enthusiastic, joyful and ebbullient! Thank YOU!
