    Managing the present and planning the future is very difficult. A single intelligence is not enough, it is necessary to know how to mobilize everyone’s intelligence, “business intelligence”, and continuous learning. If we add the fact that the change is continuous, a lifestyle rather than an occasional event, the conviction that change must be implemented with people (and not on people) is strengthened. Companies can no longer afford to focus exclusively on the activities of the moment; and current conditions of continuous change oblige them to devote time and energy both to the improvement of existing processes and to the planning of the future. Working and learning from both, means allowing the past and the future to contribute to the present.
