On the quest to deliver the future to the present you must include on the journey the future processes and strategies. The innovator’s delivery vehicle is just as important as the Innovator’s product or service. Today many delivery systems are being disrupted alongside many products. “A Company becomes obsolete when they focus on bring the past to the future instead of bringing the future to the present.” Attempting delivery with an outdated vehicle is a recipe for a breakdown on the journey.

THROUGH my creativity and passion for innovation, I help organizations navigate through needed changes. Over the past thirty years, I have had successes and faced challenges. The challenges organizations face today, I not only recognize them, I’ve experienced and navigated them firsthand. Delivering services to all marketplaces continues transforming. Competition is coming from places no one would have imagined. My innovative thinking benefits organizations who recognize change is needed, and more importantly, recognize the value of creativity fueled by experiences. The future of the business to business or business to consumers marketplace will require unique collaboration. I understand the importance of collaboration and have the imagination to bring uniqueness in delivering it. I believe successful innovation and transformation only happens “When an organizations focus is on bringing the future to the present, instead of bringing the past to the future.”

Forward-thinking people can scrutinize the future with one eye and keep the other on the present.
Managing the present and planning the future is very difficult. A single intelligence is not enough, it is necessary to know how to mobilize everyone’s intelligence, “business intelligence”, and continuous learning. If we add the fact that the change is continuous, a lifestyle rather than an occasional event, the conviction that change must be implemented with people (and not on people) is strengthened. Companies can no longer afford to focus exclusively on the activities of the moment; and current conditions of continuous change oblige them to devote time and energy both to the improvement of existing processes and to the planning of the future. Working and learning from both, means allowing the past and the future to contribute to the present.
