Take my hand and let’s go dancing tonight.
Spin me around the gathering firelight.
I want to see your smiling eyes.
Dazzle me sweet with the fireflies.
Our feet will shuffle through fresh mown grass.
Dance with me and make the summer last.
Moonlight glows through trees of shade.
Let’s keep this moment when a foggy morning weighs.
Deep you sleep within my core.
Awaken the dancer in me once more.
Chilly winter nights are long.
I want this dance to last until dawn.
Awake, I am, and I know you were there.
We danced through starlight in the air.
Magic fills my heart to full.
Memories hold the precious jewel.
Eva Marie, thank you so much for your kindness. I’m glad you enjoyed Dancing by Firelight.
