This is a collaborative project between Integrative Counsel & Jennifer H. Carey with the soul-aim to offer a continuous gift to our communities. In interview #3 with Cassidy Brooks, she shares about the self-proclaimed “weirdo” that makes her who she is. 🙂 Because of her unique background, she has the ability to unite both “her inner child and her old soul” with the aim of helping others – whether it’s through her ideas, creative projects, theater, or writing. Her mantra during this time is, “Fearless, focused and flexible.” Cassidy speaks to “animal medicine” and how it can be a guide for us during this time and teach us how to be present-focused. She leaves us with the quote, “Believe in the power inside of you to create everything that is supposed to be.”
