Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.
– Helen Keller
Our friend Michelle’s five-year-old daughter, Maija, has an interesting approach to playtime. She loves mixing together dolls from different playsets to come up with a new community. In the world of her imagination, everything belongs together. These are her people. She believes they are happiest when they’re together, despite being different sizes and shapes.
Throughout history, two forces have driven human progress: our capacity for innovation and our ability to collaborate. These powers, fueled by the indomitable human spirit, have transformed us from cave dwellers to space explorers. But the true magic happens when brilliant minds collaborate. By pooling knowledge, skills, and diverse perspectives, we amplify our capabilities. It’s in this synergy that groundbreaking solutions are born. And that’s the power of community that we at 360° Nation have been blessed with. And that’s why we thrive by connecting and collaborating with the most amazing human beings on the planet. And that’s why we are so very thankful to now be the recipient of our third international award ↴
Belonging to a conscious community of amazing human beings can be transformative, offering a profound sense of connection and purpose. In such a group, individuals find support, inspiration, and opportunities for personal growth as they engage with like-minded peers who challenge and uplift one another. This shared consciousness fosters an environment where creativity flourishes, empathy deepens, and collective wisdom emerges, enabling members to create positive change in the world.
You belong. Everywhere. Yes, you—with all your history, anxiety, pain. Yes, everywhere—in every culture, community, circumstance. You belong in this body. You belong in this very moment. You belong in this breath…and this one. You have always belonged. – Sebene Selassie
The future isn’t a destination; it’s a journey we pave together. Let’s dream without limits, reach out with open hearts, and harness the boundless energy of community. Together, we’ll write a story of triumph, resilience, and the enduring power of human connection. Because just like Maija’s community of dolls –we belong together.

So Thank You, Dennis, Ali, the BizCat support team, BizCat writers and speakers. Good on ya!
Simply grateful, Alan – thank you!
Being part of a Community means, first of all, implementing an exchange, a give and take between us and the people in the group who will enrich us in terms of experiences, knowledge and skills. This applies to all fields. We do not grow alone, but through dialogue and sharing. When than we actively participate in a group of people who are so cultured and humanly open and also willing to share, we implement an almost unconscious and automatic comparison, which leads to confirmations or new knowledge. For me this has meant growing, professionally and humanly.
If we add a bit of healthy proactivity and a good dose of spontaneity to the comparison, this growth process is amplified.
This relational contagion is essential that I like to call complicity.
Congratulations to Dennis and his extraordinary team.
Thank you, my friend Aldo Delli – we appreciate you and all of your wisdom shared over the years!

We all make up this community of writers so congrats to Dennis Pitocco and his wife Ali but congrats to everyone here for all your participation. This award wouldn’t be possible without all of us. Quite the honor and achievement!
