For some reason, this poem speaks to me of trees. May I too stand steadfast and strong, rooted in my own essential ways of being and doing.
There is so much power
to be found in a single thought
so much potential
in a singular idea
shining bright and brilliant
in my mind’s eye
like a beckoning star
winking from afar
a glimmering possibility
in the firmament
of quantum realities
And what is mine to do
is to stay steadfast
and brave-hearted
coeur-ageous*** and perhaps
even outrageously willing
to chart my own curious course
dodging both naysayers
and dogged bet-the-odds players
while holding firm and fervently
to what I deem to be worthy
and true for me
*** coeur is French for heart
Thanks Eva Marie Cagley for commenting. Yes good thoughts flourish and grow and spread their branches when carefully “watered” and nurtured.
Indeed they do

Yes thoughts are as powerful as the towering tress. And when pit into action is when they are Watered and grow on great things just like this poem. Yes we must hold fast to our beliefs and carry on! Don’t let anyone change your mind on your own success. If you can think it you can make your dreams come true Xx great poem!
