CONVERSATIONS

  1. Very educational article. Great advice as always.
Clashes of opinions or personalities are quite common in both affective and professional life. Sometimes it is a healthy and useful conflict to grow relationships, sometimes not. It is therefore necessary to find out if the conflict is constructive or not before problems arise. In a healthy conflict our ideas are put to the test so that new ways of being and acting can be identified. A healthy conflict allows us to understand what repercussions our behavior is having on others so that we can all work together and create a true team spirit among us.
