Sara B. McNamara, MSOD

Sara is an experienced organization development practitioner and coach and has worked extensively in global, regional, and national contexts, including USA/Canada, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Latin America. She is particularly passionate about helping organizations shift from being veteran-friendly to being veteran ready through customized programs that address veteran and diversity talent management objectives. Most notably, Sara is a graduate of the G.W. Bush Presidential Institutes' Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program and is a fierce advocate for all underrepresented employee groups and newcomers. Sara earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Diego State University and her master's degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business. She resides in San Clemente, CA, where she enjoys beach bonfires, volunteering with Girl Scouts and Little League, and continues to serve as a volunteer mentor to many of her MCB Camp Pendleton Marines and many other veterans in career transitions.
