Mendhi Audlin is the founder and CEO of “The What If UP Club,” inspiring people to initiate and sustain positive changes in their lives and in the world. She is the author of “What If It All Goes RIGHT? Creating a New World of Peace, Prosperity & Possibility” and is the host of “The What If UP! Podcast with Mendhi Audlin.” Mendhi Audlin specializes in working with small groups and teams to inspire creative problem-solving, increase cultural resilience, and encourage proactive innovation. Her TeamUP! Challenges™ bring people together for deepening connections, networking, personal growth, and community-inspired service. Additionally, Mendhi dedicates her time to training and supporting her team of certified “What If” UP Certified Group Leaders & Facilitators to bring her proprietary “What If” UP™ process into coaching practices, retreat environments, and mastermind groups around the world. Mendhi enjoys delivering both live and virtual keynote presentations and serving as a breakout session facilitator for organizations including Rotary International (District Conferences), The World Bank, The US House of Representatives, Outward Bound Professional, Career Track Seminars, Unity Worldwide Ministries, as well as countless leadership programs for women’s retreats, student leadership conferences, and non-profit groups. She is the founder of the Unity.FM Online Radio Network and served as a Spiritual Leader and Small Groups consultant for the New Thought Movement as well as an advisor to the Association for Global New Thought (AGNT). She authored the book “Let It Begin with Me: 21 Voices of the New Peace Movement” in partnership with Unity Publishing as part of her top-rated radio program, The Leading Edge. Having earned a degree in broadcast journalism and English from Texas Tech University, Audlin spent her early career as a radio personality in New York, Dallas, and Austin. She went on to earn a certificate in Executive Leadership from American University, as well as certifications as an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, and Passion Test Facilitator. She currently lives in the mountains outside of Denver, Colorado.
