Kath Howard

KATH Howard is a Change Agent, Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Facilitator, Coach, and Consultant. She has nearly twenty years of experience within Occupational Psychology and Organisation Development, and is a Fellow of the CIPD and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. Kath founded HeartSparks, a Consultancy and Coaching business, to ignite passion and potential within individuals, teams and across the Not for Profit sector. HeartSparks is built upon three core values, which align to her own; Co-creation, Compassion & Growth. Kath works with people and organisations to untangle issues, helping them to get unstuck and moving ahead with clarity, direction and pace. She is driven by a passion for supporting people to achieve their potential, and works best when there is the opportunity to work at the individual, team and organisational level to drive change. She partners with her clients to achieve great things; to make bold and ambitious plans, and to build the confidence and self-belief to achieve these. What really sets her apart is her ability to make connections quickly, and to bring insights from psychology and years of practical experience to you and your organisation. Kath is a highly experienced Coach who brings both challenge and compassion to her work. She has a special interest in supporting people through transition, returning from maternity work or seeking promotion. She is an accredited Executive Coach with the ILM, a member of the EMCC, and accredited in the use of including MBTI, 16PF, and Strengthscope.
