Jaylene Scott

Jaylene Scott aka The Ranchy Red Head is a woman passionate about preserving and promoting western agriculture. She grew up on a ranch in Northern California where she developed a love for working with cattle and horses. After working in the food industry for 10 years she decided to pursue her passion for ranching and is currently caring for horses and cattle on a large ranch in Colorado. She has carved her way in primarily male-dominated professions and hopes that by sharing her story she can inspire other women to believe in themselves. Writing has given her a voice to connect with these women working in non-traditional roles. Her writing serves to guide other women through their growth process and help them find the inner strength to chase their dreams.
