Greg Jenkins

Greg Jenkins is a dedicated and passionate consultant, practitioner, and life-long learner of Diversity, Inclusion, and Leadership. Greg completed a successful 28+ year US Army career that ranged from overseas duties in Germany, South Korea, and combat duty in Iraq to include several stateside assignments culminating in Washington D.C. While serving in uniform Greg’s performance leading Military Equal Opportunity efforts resulted in developing a model program for other US Army Equal Opportunity and human relations advisors. His performance further resulted in his selection to the Army’s Diversity Task Force, which helped to establish the Army’s first-ever Diversity program, policies and products. He was instrumental in the planning and execution of the Army’s Diversity marketing campaign achieving worldwide coverage for the Army’s 1.4M soldiers, civilians, and family members. Greg has directly served and represented senior executive leaders at the local, state, and Department of the Army levels. His work with various state, federal and corporate organizations, along with educational and community leaders resulted in improved civic relationships, shared knowledge, and higher performance. Greg is an experienced facilitator who has provided training, facilitation, and oversight for thousands of personnel ensuring quality and relevant training and instruction on such topics as; Military Equal Opportunity, Diversity, Inclusion, Unconscious Bias, Culture, Discrimination, and Leadership. His audiences include junior-level employees, mid, senior, and executive-level managers, and leaders. Today as the Founder and CEO of Greg Jenkins Consulting, Greg continues to provide high-performance facilitation, research, strategy, curriculum development, and delivery to a variety of corporate clients and industries including; the federal government, US military, finance, insurance, manufacturing, and retail services. Greg attained an MA in Human Resources Development from Webster University in 2010, and he is a published author and passionate volunteer who actively mentors and coaches many civilian, US Military service members, and veterans. Greg enjoys his family, friends and staying physically fit while doing what he loves most – connecting with people to help create inclusive, high-performing teams.
