Gladstone Leslie Samuel is a seasoned strategic leader with over 35 years of experience in corporate governance, stakeholder management, and business transformation. He has a proven track record of driving business performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance. His expertise encompasses corporate governance, ESG, CSR, leadership development, and project management. As a thought leader, he actively mentors professionals and advises organizations on sustainability, governance, and strategic growth. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering, an MBA in Information Technology, and an MA in Journalism & Mass Communication. Additionally, he has earned a Diploma in Industrial Safety and holds multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, ESG Readiness from the Confederation of Indian Industry, and Independent Director Certification from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Throughout his career, he has held key positions at leading organizations. At ABB, he served as an Employee Engagement Manager and Technical Specialist, contributing to employee experience initiatives and technology-driven solutions. At Invensys, he played a vital role as a Communication Manager. His professional journey also includes significant roles at Baan, IDC, and SPIC, where he contributed to technical documentation, process engineering, and corporate communication. Currently, he serves as Director at a renewable energy organization, Consulting Partner at ArbitCloud Pvt Ltd, and Advisor at ULektz.  Additionally, he is an Independent Board Member at COODU, an NGO, providing strategic guidance on governance and social responsibility.
