Drew Deraney is the Chief Resilience Officer with Profit Compassion. Try taking on divorce, job loss, a child's serious illness, and a parent’s unexpected death in a 9-month span without seeking support. Like most men, Drew considered asking for help a weakness. He now knows asking for help is a strength. Drew is dedicated to helping build a stronger man who is prepared to face adversity healthier and come through stronger, in more empowering ways. At his Men Supporting Men Collaboration Tribe, on his From Caving In To Crushing It Podcast, and in his upcoming book, stories are shared by great men. We all have greatness inside. You may not see it, you may not notice it- trust yourself, it’s there, and that’s empowering. You can only go so far on your own because isolation kills desire and faith. Drew helps these great men make a bigger impact quicker through connection and collaboration. The intention of his Men Supporting Men Collaboration Tribe is to provide men with a platform to give back - to support each other, share wins and successes and grow as people - together. Drew is the proud father of three children: Matthew (21), Nicholas (19), and Emma (17). He graduated from Fairfield University (Fairfield, CT) in 1991 with a B.A. in Psychology, and in 1993 with an M.A. in Applied Psychology; & Baruch College (CUNY)/Mount Sinai School of Medicine (New York, NY) in 1998 with an M.B.A. in Healthcare Administration. Drew spent 24 years in the hospital/healthcare industry and additional time in the pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries. The former franchise owner of Schooley Mitchell of Paramus, a cost-reduction consulting firm for businesses, gave it all up to address men’s empowerment as the Men’s Real Catalyst Speaker, new author (book to be released in February 2023), and Podcaster.
