In 24 years at his first employer, Clark's job was eliminated four times. In addition, two bosses tried to fire him unsuccessfully. And in the midst of it all, his company was spun off twice. Despite all this, he was promoted three times and his salary tripled. His accomplishments include; Discovered $10 million in unbilled revenue; Reduced time to perform Operations Manager role by 66%; Wrote 500+ pages of job aids enabling team members to retrieve business-critical data; Improved factory forecast accuracy 29%, and; Developed revenue/unit/market share business plans for flagship product.
