CATHY is president of The Healthy Living Plan Inc. and holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration. She has managed a successful corporate career in marketing and sales. In 2013, she encountered Logosynthesis®, a guided-change method developed by her cousin, Dr. Willem Lammers. With curiosity and intrigue, she has been training in the method and exploring application as a tool for both personal and leadership development. I have been conditioned to embrace rational in an irrational world. I propose that in a world of change, uncertainty and diversity, we benefit from shifting our perspective. Human behaviour is driven by both rational thought and irrational feelings. We acknowledge...
We live in a society where we are empowered. If you don’t like the house you live in, move. If you don’t like the relationship you’re in, leave. If you don’t like the job, transition. I enjoy a wonderful life because I feel...
As we look to enhance health and productivity, we benefit when we have maximum access to our personal resources. As humans, our personal resources encompass body, mind, and spirit. We naturally focus on what we can see, measure and understand....
Our Culture Dictates Our Operating System We are programmed with family norms, societal norms, and corporate norms. This programming ensures that we don’t need to stop and think every time a decision is required. When we operate in a normative...
Trust Is More Powerful Than Control Control and trust are two words that are frequently used when we speak about successful individuals, organizations, and nations. With control, we build and tax our resources to meet demands and to deliver planned...
