Originally from Argentina, Andrea has more than 25 years of experience leading communications and culture change efforts. After working in the non-profit arena for 15 years, she founded SparkStory, LLC, developing customized people-first engagement strategies, training, and coaching to enhance employee and customer trust. Her portfolio includes work for ExxonMobil, Sodexo, Nokia, McMorrow Report, International Facility Management Association, and the Houston Writers Guild. In 2020, Andrea transitioned into leading Corporate Communications for ENGIE North America, while continuing her momentum on her passion projects on nights and weekends. Having an intense interest for people to think differently, she hosts the weekly #DareToBe chat on Twitter since 2014, is s Humans First ambassador, leads a monthly WORTHY: Online Rally for Hope & Kindness since 2020 and is a top writer on inspiration and leadership on Medium. She majored in Communications (minored in French and Music) from the University of St.Thomas, holds a Masters in Public Relations from the University of Houston, and is a certified Prosci Change Management practitioner. Her mission is to inspire and empower others to discover their inner light.
