Are you willing to do whatever it takes to live the life you want? Do you know what kind of a lifestyle you want? As high school graduates, the decision may have been to go to college, or maybe work for a year to learn about the real world.
Start your research now. The only impediments to what you truly want to do are the thoughts in your head. Who put them there? Society, mostly. Stop paying attention to what others think, say or do.
What did you do? If you lived in the real world, were you able to go back to school, or did you continue to work? Maybe you traveled the world, in hopes of discovering more about yourself. In discussions with several people, most followed the path of least resistance: went to school, got married, got jobs, traveled, had babies, whatever was in front of them. With the only thought being, no one will tell me what to do.
What was/is the price for this arrogance? Most people never think about what they really want until it is almost too late. What does too late mean? Too late can mean when your energy has dissipated, you look out the window and say why bother?
What is the state of your energy? Are you ready for a new adventure? Think about it. What have you always wanted to do, yet have not even researched?
