Where are the Givers?
You might ask, “how do I look and what am I looking for?” Very well, fair question.
The Givers are those among us in plain sight who are:
- Consistently sharing about how they are helping humans in whatever professional role they are engaged with. Take regular moments to pay attention to what they are sharing, Then, just ask a few about what you need.
- Frequently present in online media giving away value-added content and resource information that anyone who is paying attention can pick up and use wisely. Just read a few social media posts on business forums. Then, ask a few about what you need.
- Engaging in life and business-related podcasts and videos; sharing ideas, current events, and best practices about anything and everything from A-Z. Just look for them and take a moment to listen. Then, just ask a few about what you need.
Where are You in Your Professional Needs?
Are you an active member on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization? What organizational structure and performance management needs do you have that (just maybe) the current budget does not adequately cover? Because I Can: in 2020, I am offering one-hour monthly complimentary training, development, and coaching to FOUR teams of 5 or more members. Yes! Absolutely no charge. It is what I can do for all that I am blessed with.
