This is an interesting article for sure, because I can tell you right off the bat, I take 10 minutes everyday to be silent, without my phone and no distractions as I sit in my prayer room and meditate, while examining my conciseness. If I don’t do that each day and I miss just one day, it makes all the difference for me. To re-group my thoughts and feel better than I did before the 10 minute break.
