Ultimately, AI can never compete with the Divine. The complexity and depth of the universe, as well as the intrinsic nature of human consciousness and emotion, remain beyond the comprehension and capacity of any machine.
Creating and controlling the universe requires intelligence and power that transcends mere data processing and computational algorithms. Belief in a higher entity, capable of infinite intelligence and divine wisdom, highlights an unbridgeable gap between the power of AI and the ultimate understanding of reality. The Qur’an quote reminds us that there is a dimension of human experience and understanding that goes beyond the simple accumulation and analysis of data, a dimension that involves the heart, soul, and very essence of human existence.
Despite extraordinary progress, AI still has many weaknesses that must be addressed to realize its full potential. Understanding these limitations is essential to developing more robust, fair, and safe systems. Just as human eyes can see but not understand, AI can process data without truly understanding the world around it.
