But what Covid-19 has given us all is a shared experience and shared reality, no matter who you are, where you are and what you do. Empathy with no borders. Empathy with no conditions. Empathy in its purest form.
As leaders, we are faced with once in a lifetime opportunity to intentionally redesign our new work-life culture. We have the opportunity to renew our workplace policies, procedure, practices, and governance to create a new reality, one that is inclusive, human-centered, and purposeful.
