Reggie Walker takes a deep dive into his life and the greater messages that life has taught him in overcoming, mental, physical, and sexual abuse while accomplishing his dream of becoming an NFL athlete and team captain. Becoming who you want and attaining what you want can be done even with a lack of help. In his talk, Reggie discusses the keys to attaining “that thing” we all want to accomplish.

BE PART OF THE LEGACY
This FINAL encore experience will be unlike any other. Because like everything we do, it's been "reimagined" from beginning to end. It's not a virtual or hybrid event. It's not a conference. It's not a seminar, a workshop, a meeting, or a symposium. And it's not your typical run-of-the-mill everyday event crammed with stages, keynote speeches, team-building exercises, PowerPoint presentations, and all the other conventional humdrum. Because it's up close & personal by design. Where conversation trumps presentation. And where authentic connection runs deep.

Welcome to the BizCat community, Reggie
I really liked your TedX talk and the message -you are your own first and best mentor. It reminds me of a guided meditation I once experienced “The journey to your perfect teacher”
It is about 15 minutes long and walks you through an imagined journey to meet your perfect teacher. I don’t know what others’ journeys were like, but mine was an arduous path through steep mountains. Before I opened my eyes I was instructed to “become” my perfect teacher and when I opened my eyes I was staring at my student, myself on a vdeo camera. I gave myself advice, which turned out to be quite profound.
Thank you for the reminder. You have come through much and achieved a great deal. I wish you continued success.
Alan
