A Moment in Nature

I am a values-driven, heart-centered, insightful leadership coach, a lifelong learner, and a listener passionate about building bridges that connect the mind and heart and partnering with people in their journey of self-quest to live their best fullest human potential. Inspiring joy, hope, and embodied presence, I support others to discover their path to influence and impact through vision, clarity, inspiration, and focus. As a change catalyst, I translate my life journey as a transformation story shaped by two substantial transitions: “Moving to the USA with my family” and “Becoming an ICF-accredited Leadership Coach.” Before these transitions, I was a Finance Executive with dedicated experience of 20+ years in corporate finance roles and a history of developing and leading high-performing individuals and teams. Throughout my professional career, I witnessed how leadership becomes disruptive due to misuse of power, how emotions are unacceptable at work, and how professional life alienates people from their true selves. I wished things had changed.\ While looking for roles in Finance after the move, I decided to pursue a coaching certification program. As I learned and practiced coaching, things started to shift. The self-leader in me awakened with the calling to pursue this higher purpose. Effective leadership is an inside-out process, and I believe: “You are the leader of your life. You are whole, creative, and resourceful. My role is to be a catalyst for you to unleash the “power within.” I meet you where you are at. From there, we walk together to where your heart and mind intersect. I serve as a lighthouse that enlightens the way. I listen with the ear of my heart.” With my coaching practice, I am on a mission to transform leadership and empower professionals for positive impact with human-centered, authentic, and servant leadership. I share my insights and experience to become a resource for anyone who strives for self-development and positive impact.
