Greg Hammer, MD is a Stanford University Medical Center pediatric intensive care physician, pediatric anesthesiologist, researcher, world-renowned guest lecturer, and author of GAIN Without Pain: The Happiness Handbook for Health Care Professionals. With an increase in burnout and stress among his colleagues and medical professionals, Dr. Hammer is striving to bring a Culture of Wellness to hospitals and beyond. His book includes chapters exploring Gratitude, Acceptance, Intention, and Non-Judgment.
