You may be aware that I published my first book, Sell Like Jesus, at the end of 2019. What you probably don’t know is that it was 7 years in the making. Those years encompassed the worst kind of personal tragedy I’ve ever known. In 2013 I lost my husband of 25 years to a sudden illness within a week’s time. I felt more alone than can be described with words.
In 2016 I needed major back surgery. It took them 8 hours to remake two disks and insert an internal “erector set” in my body that enables me to function without pain for the first time in 30 years. But the recovery has taken 4 years. I’ll spare you the gory details.
By God’s grace, I overcame, and the book became a tangible expression of my profound dependence on Him as my provider and sustainer.
Now, 18 months this side of the writing-journey, here’s what I know:
- We are never too old to learn, grow, and change.
Is your business (life) performing to the level you envisioned? If not, what are you doing about it?
- Jesus has given us the keys to accomplishing every purpose He intended for us to achieve – in life AND in business.
Are you clear on your purpose, the purpose of your business, the purpose of your products/services? If not, who can you talk with to get clarity of purpose so you can help others with your full measure of excellence?
- God cares deeply about my success, my business, your success, your business. He wants us to become all that He made us to be – at, and outside of work.
How do you pray for God’s guidance for your business/career/life? If you don’t, what’s holding you back?
Got you thinking? Good.
I challenge you to take action.
Set up no-cost, no-selling, strategy call on my calendar. My goal for our call is to help you get clarity around your goals, assets, and roadblocks. Or, read my book. It’s only 100 pages. Even a busy person like you can get through it easily and start applying what you learn to advance your business-mission.
Know that I am praying for your success in all that you do!
Thank you so much for the encouragement, Paula. I empathize with your struggles and am glad you found your way, by faith. You made my day with this acknowledgment. I am grateful and would love to chat with you any time!
Wow, Deb. What an incredible story without the details. But the best in hearing the greatness God has to offer. I gave it all To Him, and he keeps giving it back. When I didn’t want to live, I had a talk with God and told him that everything I had gone through has not worked and I had nothing left. One last visit to His realm was all I had left….I’m still travelling. And never been better. Trust and keep faith in the Universe, give completely and He will guide you to where you are suppose to be.
Thank you for sharing this and helping faith to be the highlight. Not everyone wants to hear that, and that is the panicle of founding your miracle 🙏🙏. All the best to you my lady
