  1. Fully agree with with Jeff Fermin. Many companies (too many) simply carry on down the hiring path already chosen: Expertise & knowledge. Human side, Mind Fitness is ignored. So many end up where they don’t belong. Ok, they keep it up, they’re gonna have problems. I n my view, human sphere should be put at the top of the agenda. To understand WHO YOU REALLY ARE.
