A DECADE+ OF STORYTELLING POWERED BY THE BEST WRITERS ON THE PLANET

BE PART OF THE LEGACY

TAMPA BAY • FEBRUARY 23-24 2026

This FINAL encore experience will be unlike any other. Because like everything we do, it's been "reimagined" from beginning to end. It's not a virtual or hybrid event. It's not a conference. It's not a seminar, a workshop, a meeting, or a symposium. And it's not your typical run-of-the-mill everyday event crammed with stages, keynote speeches, team-building exercises, PowerPoint presentations, and all the other conventional humdrum. Because it's up close & personal by design. Where conversation trumps presentation. And where authentic connection runs deep.

3 Tips for Day-to-Night Outfit Transitions

style-wordAh, fall is back in season. It’s back to the ‘normal’ daily routines and activities. This also means its back to needing to transition from work to evening events easily.

I often times have clients ask if it’s possible to transition a work outfit into something appropriate for an evening event without needing to bring an entire second outfit to the office.

My answer? Well, yes it is possible! I’m all about versatility and using a few key ideas to transition the overall ‘feel’ of an outfit, which makes transitioning easy-peasy!

To get you thinking about transitioning outfits, I organized 3 tips for easy transitions.

1 Start with a Basic Base

Opting to have a ‘base’ that’s a good basic will allow you to transition using accessories and such to change up the look. Generally, I suggest having a solid color item that stays consistent. For example, your favorite black dress or skirt can act as a ‘base’ to build upon. To give you a visual, I created an outfit with day options and night options using a black dress as the ‘base.’

2 Embrace the Power of Accessories

Oh, how I love accessories. Often times, many women under-estimate the power of these magical items. The great thing about accessories is they can completely transform the look and feel of an outfit. This is perfect when you want to go from day to night quickly.
