A DECADE+ OF STORYTELLING POWERED BY THE BEST WRITERS ON THE PLANET

BE PART OF THE LEGACY

TAMPA BAY • FEBRUARY 23-24 2026

This FINAL encore experience will be unlike any other. Because like everything we do, it's been "reimagined" from beginning to end. It's not a virtual or hybrid event. It's not a conference. It's not a seminar, a workshop, a meeting, or a symposium. And it's not your typical run-of-the-mill everyday event crammed with stages, keynote speeches, team-building exercises, PowerPoint presentations, and all the other conventional humdrum. Because it's up close & personal by design. Where conversation trumps presentation. And where authentic connection runs deep.

10 Healthy Habits for a Productive Morning Routine

Our mornings are the launchpads of our days, setting the tone for the following hours. Adopting healthy habits in the morning is crucial not only to our physical health but also to our mental well-being. In a world where productivity is paramount, the first few hours of our day determine how successful and focused some people will be. Here’s a list of daily practices to supercharge your mornings and set you on the path to a fulfilling day from one early riser to another!

  1. Rise with the Sun (or at least try to)

The concept of ‘early to rise’ isn’t just a saying. Waking up with the sun naturally aligns your body’s internal clock and increases the production of serotonin, the ‘feel-good’ hormone. Start by setting your alarm 15 minutes earlier each week until you reach a time that allows for a comfortable wake-up. You’ll notice a significant boost in alertness and vitality when you distance yourself from that snooze button.

  1. Be Grateful

Before you get out of bed, take a moment to reflect on the things you’re grateful for. Visualization and gratitude exercises have been linked to lower stress levels and improved emotional well-being. Counting your blessings can create a positive mindset that influences the rest of your day.

  1. Hydrate

After 6-8 hours without water, your body is dehydrated. Drinking a glass of water as soon as you wake up kickstarts your metabolism, flushes out toxins, and helps produce new blood and muscle cells. For added benefits, squeeze some fresh lemon, lime, and honey into your water to alkalize your body and boost your digestive system.

  1. Personal Development

Instead of reaching for your phone, try picking up a book or listening to a podcast that nurtures your mind. This could be an educational resource that’s been on your to-read list or a motivational podcast. Personal growth in the morning sets a positive tone for the rest of the day. I also work while my favorite YouTube program runs.

  1. Plan Your Day

Take a few minutes to write out your schedule for the day and prioritize tasks. This will help you stay focused and organized, making your day more productive. Setting small goals for yourself each morning is beneficial to keep you motivated and on track throughout the day. My day planner is loaded and color-coded for work, personal, and business to ensure my day includes my entire life.

Conclusion

Setting big and small goals for yourself each morning is beneficial. It helps you take control of your day and set a positive tone for the rest of the day. Incorporating exercise can significantly impact your overall well-being, I work out at the gym 3 times a week!

Starting your day with intention and purpose can improve your physical, mental, and emotional health.
